कूरियर मोड के माध्यम से आयातित माल के लिए आयात शुल्क के भुगतान के लिए इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कैश लेजर (ईसीएल) 1 मार्च, 2024 से अनिवार्य है और शुल्क भुगतान के लिए एसबीआई ऑनलाइन मोड उपलब्ध नहीं है। CBIC की व्यवसाय करने में आसानी पहल के हिस्से के रूप में, ई-मोबिलिटी ऐप व्यापार को निम्नलिखित जानकारी प्राप्त करने में सक्षम बनाता है -1. आयात/निर्यात कूरियर खेप की स्थिति 2. RBI के IDPMS / EDPMS में CBE /CSB के ट्रांसमिशन की स्थिति 3. IGST रिफंड के लिए CSB के ICEGATE तक ट्रांसमिशन की स्थिति । https://eccsmobility.cbic.gov.in/eicimobility/ इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कैश लेजर सुविधा 01 अक्टूबर, 2023 से शुरू होने वाली है। सभी अधिकृत कोरियर से अनुरोध है कि वे इस सुविधा का लाभ उठाने के लिए ICEGATE में खुद को पंजीकृत करवाएं। एक्सप्रेस कार्गो क्लीयरेंस सिस्टम (ईसीसीएस) वर्तमान में नौ आईसीटी यानी बेंगलुरु,मुंबई, दिल्ली अहमदाबाद, चेन्नई, कोचीन, जयपुर, कोलकाता और हैदराबाद में चालू है। सीबीआईसी अधिसूचना संख्या 85/2021-सीमा शुल्क (एनटी) दिनांक 27.10.2021 के अनुपालन में, अधिकृत कोरियर, जो एक वर्ष की निरंतर अवधि के लिए निष्क्रिय पाए जाते हैं, ईसीसीएस में निष्क्रिय हो जाएंगे। अधिकृत कूरियर के रूप में काम करने की इच्छुक नई कूरियर कंपनियों के पंजीकरण के लिए ईसीसीएस में एक ऑनलाइन कूरियर पंजीकरण मॉड्यूल शुरू किया गया है। मॉड्यूल को https://eccs.cbic.gov.in/eccs/RegisterCourier.jspपर देखा जा सकता है। ईसीसीएस हितधारक अपने मुद्दों को टोल-फ्री नंबर 1800-2666-882 या eccs.tradehelpdesk@icegate.gov.in पर ईमेल या https://courier.cbic.gov.in/EccsTradeGrievanceपर उपलब्ध ऑनलाइन वेब फॉर्म के माध्यम से उठा सकते हैं। https://eccsmobility.cbic.gov.in/eicimobility/पर कुरियर माल की स्थिति का पता लगाया जा सकता हैं। सभी अधिकृत कोरियर के लिए, ईसीसीएस में सीबीई/सीएसबी दाखिल करते समय आईसीईजीएटीई के साथ पंजीकृत वैध एडी कोड दर्ज करना अनिवार्य है। अनधिकृत व्यक्तियों के फ़िशिंग ईमेल/कॉल/पत्रों से सावधान रहें। पीडीएफ Electronic Cash Ledger (ECL) for payment of Import duties for goods imported through courier Mode is mandatory from 1st March, 2024 and the SBI online mode for duty payment is not available. As part of ease of doing business initiatives of CBIC, an e-Mobility app enables the trade to get the following information -1.Status of Import/Export courier consignments 2.Status of Transmission of CBE/ CSB to IDPMS/ EDPMS of RBI 3.Status of transmission of CSB to ICEGATE for IGST refund. https://eccsmobility.cbic.gov.in/eicimobility/ The electronic cash ledger facility is scheduled to be rolled out from 01st October, 2023. All authorised couriers are requested to get themselves registered in ICEGATE to avail this facility. The Express Cargo Clearance System (ECCS) is currently operational at nine ICTs i.e. Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi Ahmedabad, Chennai, Cochin, Jaipur, Kolkata & Hyderabad. In compliance to CBIC Notification No. 85/2021-Customs (N.T.) dated 27.10.2021, the authorised Couriers, which are found to be inactive for a continuous period of one year will be deactivated in ECCS. An Online Courier Registration Module has been launched in ECCS for registration of new Courier companies, intending to operate as Authorised Couriers. The module can be accessed at https://eccs.cbic.gov.in/eccs/RegisterCourier.jsp The ECCS stakeholders can raise their issues through toll-free number 1800-2666-882 or by Email to eccs.tradehelpdesk@icegate.gov.in or by online web form available at https://courier.cbic.gov.in/EccsTradeGrievance The status of courier consignments can be ascertained at https://eccsmobility.cbic.gov.in/eicimobility/ For all authorized couriers, it is mandatory to enter a valid AD code registered with ICEGATE, while filing CBEs/CSBs in ECCS.
