Beware of phishing emails / calls / letters from unauthorized persons. View PDF    Welcome to the Express Cargo Clearance System (ECCS).  This system is currently operational at three ICT locations i.e. Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi and planned to be rolled out soon at the remaining locations.

The ECCS Trade Helpdesk has been provisioned for addressing queries of importers and exporters about customs clearance through international courier terminals at Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai. Before escalating any grievance to the Customs Helpdesk, you may kindly consider seeking resolution from the courier company. If you are not satisfied, please feel free to email or call Helpdesk at the contact details indicated below. It is advised to please keep your Courier Airway Bill or tracking ID handy.
